Cosmas Junior Maduka

Cosmas Junior Maduka serves as the Executive Director overseeing Aftersales Services and Special Duties at Coscharis Group, a diversified Nigerian conglomerate with interests in sectors such as Automotive, Information Technology, Logistics, Medicals, Beverages, and Agro-allied industries.   In his role, he leads the Aftersales division of Coscharis Motors Plc, ensuring top-tier service delivery across renowned automobile brands like Rolls-Royce, BMW, Mini, Jaguar Land Rover, Ford, INEOS, Geely, and Renault. His responsibilities encompass managing operations to provide genuine spare parts, utilizing certified technicians, and maintaining adherence to global standards set by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) across workshops nationwide. He also seats on the boards of other companies within the group, Coscharis Technologies, Coscharis Farms amongst others.

Before joining Coscharis Group in 2014, Cosmas Junior amassed valuable experience in the banking sector. He began his career during his National Youth Service at Zenith Bank in 2008-2009, working in the Credit Risk Management department. He also held positions at Access Bank as an intern in 2008 and later in 2009, focusing on Economic Intelligence and Financial Control. His banking tenure concluded with a role in the Commercial Banking group of Guaranty Trust Bank from early 2012 to October 2013. Academically, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Lagos in 2007 and a Master’s degree in International Business from HULT International Business School, London, in 2011. He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School, having attended in 2014, and has participated in various leadership management programs both locally and internationally.

Renowned for his ability to deliver exceptional results when exploring new frontiers, Cosmas Junior is widely regarded as one of the most promising young executives in Nigeria’s private sector. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is a devoted family man, married with two sons, and actively supports various charitable and sporting causes.
